Hi Folks, I was wondering whether this model has a docking port on the base. So I contacted Acer support and received back some nonsense about spare parts. I tried again, and received more nonsense, saying no support could be given without a serial number and that, if I wanted to know anything, I should call a charged-for pre-sales phone number. Can anyone confirm, please: 1. Does the model have such a port? If so, with which dock(s) is it compatible? 2. Is my experience typical of what is to be expected from Acer? I am surprised that a potential customer, with a straightforward query about product features, is asked to pay for the privilege of having said query answered. If this is their response prior to purchase, what can one expect afterwards? I shall probably go for a different brand. Cheers
