active wifi connections changes to limited access

    hi guys, when my wifi connection has connected and works perfectly fine - after a period of some time, the connection drops and changes to limited access only - im using drivers ending .194.....

    any ideas why this happens?

    p.s im using windows 7

    Sounds like for some reason your loosing you connection and then you system is trying to acquire the strongest signal but since you are not authorized you can not connect. Of course more information may tell a different story.

    well the connection is my home wifi,i use it fine then it drops.....

    wht more info wud help?

    This may be a stretch but is there any chance you are using the computer in a situation where the vent holes aren't in the clear?
    I have noticed the first thing to go out when the AA1 gets too hot is the WiFi connection.
