I bought this last week and I've been having sector errors on this and once the partition table totally disappeared (linux).

I've seen problems on both card readers.

Anyone else using this card? Is this card incompatible with the AA1 or is this one likely defective?

I just got one of these cards, and its not working in either card reader, though it DOES work in a seperate USB card reader.

I use A-Data 8gb SDHC Turbo in mine and it works fine. I wonder if your 16gb exceeds AA1 capacity? Or is it just A-Data's version?

I could not get this card recognized on either side on the AAO. However, it is recognized on the EeePC.

This is not good news, as I just threw in a $4 4GB A-Data SDHC Turbo card in my last Newegg order. Hope it works! Luckily it was so cheap...

i just picked up a 16g ssd aao and bought a 16g adata eeepc card (not the turbo) and i can not get it to mount either left or right. i am using ubuntu with the sickboy kernel. my other card is picked up without a problem. i am a bit bummed but i am sure i can find another use for the card.

YES! Works for me! See my other post in "which SD cards for expansion."
