I am trying to use my Oki 3200n network printer using IPP

My printer gives the following information
    *******
    "Supported URI : http://192.168.1.227/ipp
    : http://192.168.1.227:631/ipp
Printing jobs via IPP : Accepted
    Message from administrator :
    Authentication : none
    Charset : utf-8
    Language : en-us "
    ******
which does not equate with anything in the Linpus dialogue box.

A work round for this would be appreciated.

I then connected the printer via the USB and I have a missing driver "C3200n requires the 'foo2hiperc-wrapper' program"

I then went to http://foo2hiperc.rkkda.com/ and followed the procedure to download; unpack and CD. It then states to compile using 'make' and my Acer comes back with

    bash: make: command not found

Any help with this would be most appreciated.

A search of Linpus and foo2hiperc takes you to a German Aspire One forum.
