Hi, I can,t figure out how to get Adobe reader working on my new AA1
It only shows the page where I have to click the accept button .After clicking the accept button the page disappears without opening the PDF file. I am really new with Linux so if some one can give me some step by step advice ,I would be very gratefull !

If you haven't done so already, read "Ten tweaks for a new Acer Aspire One" http://www.reghardware.co.uk/2008/09/05 ... print.html

Ignore #10, as FireFox 3 is now available from the Acer software updates site.

Did you install Acrobat Reader from the Acer software update site?

After a restart, the Adobe Reader icon should appear on the second page of the desktop Work panel, labeled "PDF Viewer".

    Hello

I have just followed this as I was having the same problem.

I now have the icon, but the problem is still the same. Also when I download the latest two patches from Live Update I get an error message that says there is something wrong with "I/O". Could this be connected?

Thank you in advance for your help
