Adobe use agreement-- inaccessable button

    Can't scroll to the button for adobe user agreement at bottom of page. Can't drag the adobe agreement up high enough to fit it on screen. Need control alt delete to get out of agreement that can't be agreed to. How can that agreement be shrunk down to maybe 75% so I can click on that?

    I thought of moving the bars on the bottom of the page to a side in order to make more room--yet don't know how to do that with the xp on this acer either...thanks
