after zenwalk install, macles backup overwrite mbr?

    I want to try out Zenwalk 6.0. If I install it onto the 8gb SSD on my A110w and dont like it, I will need to restore my Aspire One with the macles backup program (thanks macles, its great).

    My question is, the Zenwalk install puts something in the MBR of the 8gb SSD. Will the macles restore program overwrite this (as I would need it to)?

    Hi Guys, had no replies to my post unfortunately :(

    Perhaps I didn't explain myself well?

    If i install a new distro (which installs a new bootloader) over the standard linpus, will my macles backup overwrite the bootloader?
    I don't want a choice of boot options if Zenwalk doesn't work well enough.
