ALT - F10 not working, what other options do I have?

    I tried to upgrade the bios to solve the freezing problems. I started the WinFlash program (but did not click flash Bios), but then decided I had better restart... the computer would not shut down, so I took out the battery.

    Now the computer will not start. Nothing comes on the screen AT ALL. I tried the ALT-F10 thing, but that does not work. Am I pressing ALT-F10 wrong?

    Should I just send it in to acer?

    which os were you running? the factory default windows xp?
