another install problem..

    so i followed all the instructions to install xubuntu on my A1 to replace the linpus. and during the installation from the live USB, i get the message

    "an attempt to configure apt to install additional packages from the CD failed"

    so i just clicked ok and continued the install. does anyone know what this problem means? and is there any way to fix it?
