Anti-Virus

    Staples in Canada sold 3-user NIS2010 for C$20 during "Boxing Week" so I jumped on it for another year. Tip from experience: instead of reactivating from CD-ROM, it's better to download the latest version from Norton, the CD is always months old and wastes a lot of time with large updates. Continue to hear good about MSE though.

    When i got my 751h i installed avg free, then changed to ESET NOD32 Antivirus 4, no change in performance, and something else about performance, task manager shows two cores?

    i actually used the avg free edition...since i replaced this with the Comodo internet security i noticed many changes regarding the speed...If installed, just minimize the heuristic scans to the lowest priority...

    I suggest you guys, before you decide to use an antivirus software, you should read some antivirus reviews to see which is the best. After that you can choose and decide what to use.
