Any HD Screens Plug and Play?

    I've got a Acer Aspire One D250-1165 and I'd like to upgrade to HD, I've got the SSD Drive installed, 2gb Ram and just ordered the Broadcom Chip...

    I've been looking online for awhile trying to find someone selling the 1024x720 D250 screen, but haven't been able to find it anywhere, did not that many sell?

    So does anyone know if there is any place to buy this screen? And if not Are there any other 10.1" displays that display 1024x720 or 1024x768 that will plug fit and plug in where the stock screen was?

    Have you found any info on this? I am also curious as I just cracked my screen and will be replacing it. Can I upgrade at the same time?
