Windows power settings are standby, and hibernate when the lid is closed.
Is anyone aware of an ap, or screen saver, that can make the system go into the battery saveing low power modes when the display is closed?

I'm wanting something that is full power with it open, but low drain, low speed, drive spin down mode when the display is down. I am often using it for net transfers this way, it doesn't need to be running full power. and it is on wall power.

I might be able to force it if i can find an ap that will run when the display is closed.
