    Can anyone help me please?
My 2 year old Acer One 532h netbook has been running slowly recently and I had a few strange things happening. On checking the Device Manager processor section I find that there are 2 identical processors showing, one directly underneath the other. Can anyone confirm whether this is correct or may this be the reason why things are going funny.
If it's not correct then can I safely remove one of them and how do I know which one to remove?
    It's running Windows 7 starter.

Oh dear, sorry everyone. Just seen a few other posts basically asking the same question and I see it's something called hyper-threading and is quite normal. So I think it may be best for me to do a factory reset to get things working properly again.
