I can't find anything on this here or on google. I did find a thread about someone running Linpus having a 20% shut off issue, but his involved the power button and lights staying on. Mine simply shuts off as if the battery had hit critcal level.

Low battery warning is at 16% (never makes it that far), message is on, action is none.
Critical battery level is 5%, action is hibernate (although on restart, windows say it shut down improperly, I'm also unable to wake the computer up once shut down unless I recharge/plug in)
    Battery reserve leve is 7%.

The computer is all stock, except for an install of Windows 7 Enterprise.

The battery is a 6 cell. It's brand new. I fully cycled it 4 times, exactly as recommended in the instructions. It charges fully and displays ~6 1/2 hours remaning at 99%, although this tends to swings all over the place during (not sure if that's normal based on changing load levels, it ranges 4-6hours depending what I'm doing, is something wrong there?). Currently idling and displaying 5 hours 2 mins remaining at 82%.
