ArcCon.ac error on startup

    From the first time I started the computer, I get an error message: "ArcCon.ac - unable to locate component. This application has failed to start because MagCore.dll was not found. Reinstalling the application may fix this problem." When I try to start ArcSoft Connect, I get the same message. This program was preinstalled on my Acer when I got it and I cannot find how to reinstall the program. I've looked at the Acer website and the ArcSoft website.
