Are there any good AAO cooling lifts around?

I don't want a regular cooling fan that has cords and what-not. I just want a good lift that can be used on my lap or a pillow, or whatever that will keep the air flowing. Any recommendations?

I use an old board. Works great. Even has a place to hold the mouse.

Ooo, that's looks really good. Where did you buy it from? Do they have it on Ebay?

 AspireOverdrive. Not a bad idea. I trying to find home remedies for mine as well, but have nothing around that would ease my AAO. Too bad.

Thank you so much! :) How well would you say it cools your AAO?

Well it doesn't really do any cooling since it is a passive device meaning it just gives room for the fan built in the AA1 to do it's job. My experience is that it works very well since my AA1 never feels hot. The biggest complaints I have with it are that the way the pads are placed on the top the AA1 doesn't want to stay where I want it to (of course I'm talking about just an inch or so), the width of the LapDesk makes finding a small case for the AA1 and the LapDesk is a little difficult and when I set the LapDesk on my bare skin it leaves crease marks after setting there for a few hours. All very simple complaints that are very easily over looked. I have looked and have not found anything as good for me.

So you're saying it slides off of it? The other two complaints can be overlooked, but I hope it doesn't slide off.

I looked at some lap boards at Staples, but stuck with my first improv: a thin vinyl covered 1" ring binder. It's very light, the binder's tilt is good for lap on a chair and you can flip it around to tilt the other way, the vinyl is "grabby" on the rubber feet, the air gap helps keep the machine cool, and I can route the AC cord through the rings and out of the way. Cost about $2.

No it does not slid off. However! it does not sit exactly in the center (like I want) but instead with the AA1's front edge (with the WIFI switch) about 0.5 inch from the LapDesk's center edge and setting quite secure.
