Are these keys removable?

    I hate caps lock so I want to remove it... but with this laptop I don't know if I would be able to put it back if I wanted...

    Does anyone know if these keys are detachable or if I can simply disable caps lock?

    I don't think you can physically remove the key without damaging the whole thing..
    But there must be a piece of software somewhere to disable the key's function.
    Altho, pardon me for asking, but wouldn't it be easier to just be careful of not pressing it?

    You do not say if you are using Linux or XP but a google of "disable caps lock in Linux" gives several options one being as follows,

    There are also various options if you change Linux to XP in your search.
