BIOS 3304 version was installed on my PC, so i had black screen (death) problem one month ago suddenly. After that, I recovery BIOS with USB, based on forums and
I installed BIOS 3310 version after I opened Windows. I had used my PC about 1 month, but suddenly this morning, I have same problem and I could not open Windows
with USB recovery method of BIOS.

    1) Please advise me how to sort out.

    2) If I send my PC to Acer Service, how much do I need ?

    Help me.

Sounds like you need the BIOS chip replaced, not exactly an easy task for a novice. I can't tell you how much it will cost you to repair it, I can only suggest calling Acer tech support and see what they say. If you still have warranty though, the repair should be free. Considering the age of your machine I doubt there's any warranty left on it.
