Aspire One 3G Connection throwing an error

I have a client who phoned me with this issue so I haven't yet laid my hands on the device. I apologize for the lack of specific models, etc. My client purchased her netbook on contract at Radio Shack, if that helps.

Anyhow, she has been unable to use the 3G connection for a couple of days, apparently. She can open the software, it shows the AT&T connection and signal (often a solid full bar level). When she hits connect, it tries to do so then almost immediately throws an error. She is going to send me a picture of the error soon but I thought I'd toss this up for now, regardless.

The error window is apparently titled "Acer 3G Connection Manager". There is an "(error 31)" displayed with an OK button. That's about it, she says. No details or anything else.

I am unable to find much of anything regarding this issue. There are a few Google results but they really don't pan out. I've advised her to phone AT&T to be sure her bill is current (who knows, right?) but was hoping someone may know where to find a list of the error codes and what they indicate.
