Aspire One A0531h Freezes

    Hi All,

    I'm trying to fix a freezing issue on my brothers Aspire One, but not having much luck at all.

    I've tried updating the drivers, the bios, disabling startup items and nothing, it keeps freezing, usually within 10 minutes of startup, often with a sustained system beep.

    I've installed speedfan and the system temps are not excessive(all around 50c) so I'm a little stumped.

    I'm starting to think its a hardware issue rather than a software issue, but if anyone has anything else I can try I'm open to suggestions!
