My A150 has a 120GB HDD. I need to open the case anyway to upgrade the wireless card to N so I thought I might stick in a 320GB HDD I have lying around. Will the mobo & BIOS support this?

    Thanks

Yes. Effectively you can put any size disk you like, but check the current consumption on the manufacturers website as that will influence battery life and internal temperatures. Consumption tends to rise with capacity (faster spinning disks) but varies considerably from one make to another so a newer bigger disk may be better than an existing older one.
You may care to partition your bigger disk. A set of partitions that match what you have on the current disk, plus a big partition that you use for data, etc.
