aspire one d150-1165 won't load windows after boot up

    my netbook will boot up, after i see the acer logo it goes black screen with one cursor on the corner blinking. i tried the bios upgrade nothing.
    please help i dont know what to do. thank you

    You will have to supply some more info please

    What version of windows are you running?

    What recovery disks have you if any?

    Question can you boot in to the bios screen? via holding down the f2 key at turn on.

    Some quick help if you can boot into the bios screen and it lists the hard drive etc.
    then it should be more than likely a windows software boot problem.

    Do a forum search There are many windows boot help pages on the site.
