I just bought an Aspire One D250 yesterday and I'm already wondering if I have a defective machine and if I have to exchange it. The touchpad is hot, it is a bit uncomfortable to type because of this. The bottom of the netbook gets very hot also. Is this normal (that's just the way it is with netbooks) or should I got back to the store and exchange it?

Doesn't sound very normal to me. I have one and have never had this problem. One thing, are you giving it ventilation on the bottom?
