    Game: Audio Surf
    RAM: 1gb
Performance: Runs Fine/25-30fps (After some tweaking, all settings on normal, and low res. Also note, I am getting a few random lag spikes that last only a moment, but they still do exist. FPS drops to around 25 only on really fast parts of songs [such as the end of Flagpole Sita by Harvey Danger])

    Game: Counter-Strike Source
    RAM: 1gb
Performance: Does Not work/-- (I am working on this, I may have to do some work with the game, I am getting errors and crashes upon launch, and when I get into the menu, I cannot get a game going without getting another crash. I don't know if this error has been resolved, but I am going to get cracking on it.

    Game: Warcraft II: Battle.net edition
    RAM; 1gb
Performance: Runs Perfect/30+fps (Although with an ISO I made, I am getting errors on running it in a full window [weird I know], but with an external drive, it works fine.

Even though most of these have probably been posted before, I'll post my results here:

    AAO 160GB 1GB RAM:

    Grand Theft Auto San Andreas
640x480x16 all settings as low as possible 5-25 FPS, average is around 17 FPS, doesn't sound playable but it is!

    Quake III Arena
1024x600x16 settings low-medium (go on WSGF for widescreen fix) full speed, didn't test FPS but very playable!

Roller Coaster Tycoon 2 (with Wacky Worlds and Time Twister exp)
    1024x600x?? full speed perfect.

SimCity 4 Deluxe (with Rush Hour exp)
1024x600x16 everything as low as possible, didn't test FPS but good, very playable, though no cursor seems to be showing for me?

The Sims 2 (with all exp up to Open for Business, gonna install rest later)
1024x600x16 settings as low as they go 3-30 FPS, average around 20 FPS, only goes lower on 3x speed or when there is more than 2 people, still playable.

    World of Goo
1024x600x16, didn't test FPS but rarely dipped down in levels with lots of goo balls, very playable.

    640x480x16 settings in espxe

Battle runs slow, but playable(i'm a patient guy tho lol). aside from battles, running around seems to have no slow issues. Going to try this when i upgrade ram and harddrive with 7200rpm and going to try out Godlyxp with it

Acer aspire one, 1 gig ram,160gig hard drive,TinyXp+sp3

    Game: Metal Gear Solid
    Ram: 512MB
    Performance: Runs Perfect*

*The game won't run in anything but software mode, so it starts out as 320x240 or some really low resolution. Go into the options to change it to 640x480 and it runs fine. Also, if you go to www.gamecopyworld.com and grab the fixed exe for ATI+GEFORCE you can get it to run in hardware mode which allows you to increase the resolution to 800x600. The hardware/software issue arises because the game uses 8bit pallet textures which many modern video cards no longer support. The hacked exe on GameCopyWorld works around that problem.

    I got more!!!

    Game: Bioshock
    RAM: 1gb
Performance: Does not work! (Game crash, on boot [may be fixable, I am working on it])

    Game: Darwinia
    RAM: 1gb
Performance: Does not work! (Game crash one boot. However, this game should run fine on it... [I'll see about trying to fix this one as well])

Game: Dawn of War (including all exp.)
    RAM: 1gb
Performance: Runs Fine/28-30+fps (all settings at the lowest) Totally Playable!

    Game: Tomb Raider: Legend
    RAM: 1gb
Performance: Runs Fine/27-30+fps (All settings on low, you may see lower drops in fps, in between cut scenes, so I did not count it.) Totally Playable!

Game: TrackMania Nations Forever (United runs the same, however this is free)
    RAM: 1gb
Performance: Runs Decent/23-30fps (All settings at the minimum, lag spikes only occur when turning in large bends, and going through hoops. It can get slightly annoying...) Totally Playable!

Game: Quake 4: Enemy Territory (Quake Wars)
    RAM: 1gb
Performance: Does not work! Crash on boot (I don't think this is an easy fix...)

Game: Counter-Strike 1.6, Condition Zero, and CZ Deleted Scenes.
    RAM: 1gb
Performance: Runs Perfect/29-30+fps (All settings on low, and I have found that the game works better if you use the software processing then tinkering with the OpenGL.

Well thats all for now, I am going to see about fixing up the ones that won't launch! :D

I've loaded up Halo Custom Edition (the multiplayer version of Halo) and Tom Clancy's Rainbow 6: Raven Shield. Both games work flawlessly on my unit (1 GB Ram, 160GB HD, XP Home). :D

    Cheers, Barlow
