    And yes, this is my second Acer Aspire one, this time I bought the 160gb Xp edition, gave about 250$ here in Norway (New).

    Well over to the list, some games I have tested on my 1gb Ram, 160Gb HDD, 1,6Ghz Single core Atom netbook:

    I would like to know how you even got battlefield 2 to run on the acer. I've installed red alert 3 on the acer and it was so laggy that it was no where near playable. What are you doing to get these to run or are you just selling wolf tickets?

    most games have config files controlling the shaders, and mappings, red alert runs ok but not a game I would prefer on the aao... If your search at google how to run for. ex. BF2 on an older computer you will find finish edited config files you can use to replace the once you just installed... Most of the levels of BF2 runs ok for me, but not playable online sorry... I will be back with a link to a such page later if you don''t find out of it.. or just pm me :)

    this isnt meant in a nasty way, but how drunk were you when you thought bf2 worked perfect on the acer aspire one.

    haha, first of all i wrote "works" and not works perfect... It runs with some modding but not a game i prefer on the aao... Only reason i used it on my list was because I did make it run...

    O _ O why does you`re crash? i just torrented Ghost Recon with Island Thunder and Desert Siege, and installed it normally and it worked perfect. maybe you`re using a mod that need the addons ? idk . i can make a vid of me playing ghost recon if you want : ) .

    Also tried Ghost Recon today, works great! BTW. also found out something! You guys downloading games, before you give up try another version... Ripped versions always runs greater then original iso's ;)

    @ gelerium (i have to copy and paste that name everytime i type it ><) : yea , somehow , most of my installs don`t work when mounted using magicdisc , but work when i rip it out first , then run the install automatically .

    Game: The Sims Complete Pack

    Performance: Runs perfect !

    Game: NHL 09
    RAM: 1GB
    Performance: works , with playable lag . i looove hockey : ) .

    just got my aao a few days ago and have been messing about with some games
    using basic windows xp that came pre installed.

    game : puzzle quest
    ram : 1gb
    performance : flawless but does take a while to load when first loading it

    game : heros of might and magic v
    ram : 1gb
    performance : would only load to the menus and for some strange reason it rotated the screen 90degrees crashed when trying to start the actual game
    #edit : if anyone has had luck with this i would realy like to no how thay got it working i love this game

    game : comand and conquer red alert 2 + yuris revenge
    ram : 1gb
    performance : flawless even on lan had a 4 way with my freinds the other day i even hosted a game

    I have Ghost Recon as well on my AOA 150. I put the 1.5 GB Ram in with the 160 GB HDD. Everything works fine on it.

    I can confirm also that NHL 2009 works with a little lag, but if you scale the visual back, then there is very little if any lag. Someone else posted this too, I'd be interested in the settings that worked for them. I have the AOA - 150 with 1.5gb RAM.

    i put all visual details to half way in nhl 09 , and it didn`t lag at all , except for replays : ) . i have 1gb ram .
