aspire one mail?

Can someone help me please i can not get my email to work is there anyone who can please! :shock:

 

i have put my email address in but it will not verify it ??????/

 

From memory, if the address will not verify an "install anyway" option is given. Did you go down that path?
Having done that check the configuration in Tools > Account > Properties against the values given by your email provider.

HI,

Possibly this is an impute error, can you double check that the correct information regarding the following has been entered.
Server type : example pop3
Server name : example mail. yourmail.com
Port number : 110
Outgoing server : pop or SMTP yourname@your account.com

Also try making
your name and the account mane the same as your email address.

 

thank you for your replys. i have tried both but still it will not verify my email address. i am imputing a hotmail email does it
matter who my email is with?

I set up my Yahoo email accounts as for Outlook Express but it looks as if Hotmail no longer supports that. As I have never used Hotmail perhaps some other Forum user can help.

incoming port is 995

outgoing 25

and server secre connection select this
