    Hi guys,
i had the same problem a while ago. I found the answer in google, because Acer didn't help me with their answers.

You will need a usb stick, and you will have to format it.
Follow the steps in this website.. Good luck!

My AspireAOA 150 suddenly died after a Windows Update. Green LED lit up..nothing else. After 10 days of fruitless msgs to Acer techs. I have no answer to the cause.
I deduce the options are: to flash the bios.
    lose all with recovery disk,
or could it be the battery?
Also a friend suggests it could be the Bios battery. Spent 3 days asking acer tech where this might be and if it is a logical possibiility..no response.
Another question...the Bios directions say install FAT On stick? Must admit I have no idea about that, assume I can use a flash drive but dont know about the FAT installation
AND in what order would you try the possible remedies...hopiing not to lose my data.

Would be most grateful to any of you who might offer your ideas.

Get yourself a USB drive and blind flash the BIOS. This is a far too common problem
