My Aspire one ZG5 was fine last night then all of a sudden it froze. Would not restart etc.

So I took the battery out and put back in.

Now when I start the screen will not go past a blue aspire one boot screen with the caps lock just flashing

    Only had ir 3 weeks.

Can anyone help me find a solution.
    Thanks

Mine does exactly the same and has been doing for a while now... it will sometimes clear this after lots of power off/on's, taking the battery out, running on mains, running on battery, running on both - maybe it will take a day or two of occasional trying (its a good job I don't rely on this PC !)
It seems to happen more frequently after the battery has run down or someone has not switched it off properly

I'm really frustrated with this issue and would like some clues as to what it is - I'm on Linux and would happily install another OS if that's the problem - even install a new HD if that could help ?

PS - I've updated the BIOS to 1310 from 1301 and that made no difference to this hanging on the Aspire blue screen...

Oh and mine is the ZG5 model number on the case, model A0A150 in the BIOS - its the blue one with 160GB HD and Linux installed
