Aspire ZG5 AOA 110-Aw

    Just purchased a factory refurb machine. Several problems....first being that I have a grey box with a star in it and placing the pointer over this box produces another box which says 'NEW ITEM. This item has not been configured'

    Left click on the box right click on the box nothing happens. What do i do with this box please?
