Asus Vivobook Pro 15

    Hi all,

    I have just joined the forum.

    I have an Asus Vivobook Pro 15. A couple of weeks ago the laptop would not start and the battery light continually flashed white. Plugging it gave the same result. I contacted a company who said it sounded like the battery had gone. I was surprised as I hadn't used it much and although two years old I was careful not to leave it plugged in charging etc. etc. I had another person look at it and they said the same, its most likely battery. So I bought another battery, changed it over and no difference. Has anyone experienced this issue or know what's wrong. Its bizarre.
