ASUS ZENBOOK, Model UX330U i5 Notebook

    ASUS ZENBOOK, Model UX330U i5 Notebook, 5 yrs old.
    When Laptop is on and am using any website on browser, and I press some keys like Q , Backspace, etc etc, it goes back to main screen.I have to go back to browser to locate previous page each time.Similarly I have to press some keys deep/hard, then it work. I am not PC expert.Kindly help.
