Aten KVM hub shuts down Acer Aspire One

    Whenever I connect the VGA cable to the Aten KVM hub, my notebook shutsdown and needed a hard reset (removing the battery) before I can power it on again.

    Is this a known problem with Acer Aspire One? Please help.

    I've never heard of such a problem but there many different versions of AAO's with several versions of Operating Systems (OS). So to get the best quality help you should include as much detail on your model, the OS and the problem that you can.
