( Background Intelligent Transfer Service help

    hi guys,
    in services, i set the( Background Intelligent Transfer Service) to automatic (delay start)
    when i shut down my laptop, then restart, i find (Background Intelligent Transfer Service) is now on manual start, how do i keep it set on automatic (delay start)?????
