Backup Aspire One Mail

    Hi all. im very new to all of this! I am looking at updating my wifes Aspire One (White - 8gb SSD - Linpus Lite) to the latest Kubuntu. I have downloaded the file and installed on a CD.

    However before i erase the system i need to back up some important emails (approx 300!) I cannot find a way to do it. The mail app wont allow 'save as' or even drag and drop to another folder.

    Please can some one help!!!!

    I don't use the Acer Email (I use evolution), but if you cannot save the email -- it occurs to me that you could create a gmail.com account, and forward your email to yourself at gmail.com.

    hi thanks for trying to help. I have several other email accounts and as a last resort i was gonna forward them to those emails.

    However there are currently over 300 to send!!!!
