Just purchased an Aspire One 722 in US for travel in Europe and Africa. Can the stock charger be used directly in 220V circuits (with a plug adapter, obviously)? Or do I need a voltage adapter? Thank you. Marty

If you check the sticker on the bottom of the "brick" in the AC lead, it should mention an input voltage, if it says something like 110-220 it should work.

Thank You. I will get out my magnifying glass and check the fine print. Didn't want my new Netbook to go up in smoke

My charger says 100-240 VAC 50-60 Hz, so yes, the charger is universal and can be plugged into 220 Volt outlets.
