battery dead ? or charger broken?

    hey everyone, my acer one charger is not working when its plugged in, with or without the battery. so i cannot turn on my laptop rightnow since the battery has only like 2% left. i cannot charge it no matter what i do. can anyone help me please and thanx ! :? :shock:

    If it’s under warranty I would take it back to the store you purchased it from and ask to try a new charger with and without the battery connected, this way you will defiantly know for sure. If it is the charger ask for a replacement there and then.
