Battery run down when netbook's off

    I purchased a refurb AspireOne Model D250-1026. Identifying numbers on the battery appear to be UM08A41.

    My experience has been that, even when the netbook is turned off, the battery loses its charge rather quickly. From a fully charged situation, it lost about 20% in approximately 24 hours. Is this normal?

    That's rather excessive, but not unthinkable-- I think I would get ~5-10% loss max.
