I'm about to try swapping out the original SSD from my 110, I have an mtron mobi 16G 1.8" SSD to replace it with.
I want to do some benchmarks to see how much faster (if at all) the mtron is, but I have no idea what software I should be using.
What disk benchmark programs do you all use ?

You could install hardinfo, which is an excellent program to see what hardware you have in your system. It also has some benchmarking utilities. The results can then be saved into an easily readable html file.

    sudo yum install hardinfo

    Cheers.
