The Acer customer support site ( http://gd.panam.acer.com/home/ ) lists BIOS 1.13 (released 2010/02/01) for the AOD150 model:

Fixes Atom N280 CPU frequency incorrect in Windows 7 OS.

I have a D150 with a N270 processor, currently with BIOS 1.11, and I'm unlikely to replace XP with Win 7 because 99% of my time is spent on Linux, so I see no need for this.

However, out of curiosity, has anyone reflashed to 1.13 an AOD150 with the N270 processor?

I would like to know this also because I just upgraded my d150 from 1.03 to 1.11 and it just isn't working very well. It takes a long time to get to the part were you can press F2 to get to system setup then I can not get it to boot to USB drive or CDRom drive even after pressing F12. I'm beginning to get worried that it my be hosed. Maybe 1.13 would be better.

I have a d150 and I just flashed from 1.03 to 1.13 last night. Flash went smoothly, and I've had no issues at all.
