BIOS LOCKED

    Hi

    i have a aspire one a0531h running XP

    when i turn it on i get this message.

    " Harddisk Security, Primary Master ST9160310AS Lock"]

    I have never set a password but it started happening after a friend was messin around with it. He say he did not enter the BIOS either.

    Is there a way to reset the bios without taking it apart and removing CMOS battery?
