BIOS SOS 532h

can someone give me current directions on how to BIOS flash an AAO AO532h NAV50? all the directions i seem to find are for the 110 or 150, or full of dead links. faced with a black screen of death after a botched BIOS update, if anyone else has other suggestions i'd appreciate all the help i can get! thanks, Amelia
