BIOS update

    I'm trying to update the BIOS on my AAO 150 XP, as per this,
    http://macles.blogspot.com/2008/07/flashing-bios.html , can get to the bit where i enter the BIOS update, but nothing happens, i.e. I enter 3310.bat and get file not found or something similar

    can anybody give me some sreenshots of exactly what happens on the screen before and after this 3310.bat is entered, or point me in the direction of what i'm doing wrong :?
