I have a white AA1 pre-ordered from Amazon and was 100% sure that white was one for me.
Well, Amazon now has a black one available for pre-order. I know the black will be a fingerprint
magnet but it has more classic and simple looks. Help me to decide! :)

You probably already have a black or grey laptop. Seashell white looks cool so get it!

I prefer the look of the black one myself, but I may have ordered blue had it been easier to get like the black was since blue colors are among my favorite. White is nice probably for showing less fingerprints though. I personally don't think you can go wrong with either of those three colors. Just get what you like the best. Because I like all three in different ways, I would have ordered any of the three colors, I picked mine based on availability because I would have been pleased with any of them except brown or pink.

I like the white one a lot. No fingerprints visible and it looks "cute"

For me it's black all the way for everything. That why been holding out on the Aspire One till the black was confirmed. Just too bad no more $399.

A little late on this thread BUT - I was torn between the black and the white until I read a review that mentioned the white model's keyboard and how easy it was to see and use.

For an old guy like me that makes a difference. My old laptop has a black keyboard and for me the upper rows of keys and especially the blue Fn labels are hard to read through my glasses :geek: - so that review helped me decide to order a white one.

And I love it. Even though smaller, the white keyboard is much easier for me to use than the black one on my old "full size" Acer laptop. And altogether I think the white one is quite stylish - it doesn't look "cheap" in any way.
