    Hello,

I have an Asus Zenbook 13s, and every once in a while (seemingly fairly random), the whole screen will go black for a split second and then go back to normal. When this happens, any video or music will pause and then resume (YouTube will have a small buffering wheel for a second).

Previously, my laptop would do a similar thing. However, it would be a black rectangle the same size and placement as the old Windows 10 taskbar, the only thing that would cover it would be the mouse cursor. This would stay on the screen until the lid was shut and reopened. I managed to fix this by changing some settings after going down a YouTube rabbit hole, but this was a little while ago, and I cannot remember what it was that I changed. Now I just have the whole black screen blips.

    Any ideas that could help?

    Many thanks,
    Ruben
