blue box appears and takes my sound away

    I cannot get it to go off because the mouse wont work on it.how can this thing be disabled if possible thanks for the help

    Fn+F7 is usually the switch to disable/enable the mouse, but if your computer is actually freezing, your mouse won't work at all and you will need to manually restart the computer.
