    I have a AOA 150-1570 win XP 120gb hd 1gb ram and BIOS 3305

    I had to use the ALT-F10 erecovery tool and everything was working fine up untill it was all finished loading up and then it goes into a rebooting cycle so I hit F8 and selected that it dosent reboot when it terminates and I got to read this message on a blue screen!

    STOP: c000021a {Fatal System Error}
    The windows Logon Process system process terminated unexpectedly with a status of
    0xc0000005 (0x00000000 0x00000000).
    the system has been shut down.

    Its like a dream. The guy on the phone didnt seem to be very interested in troubleshooting this and just told me I would have to purchase some CD's

    Help anyone?

    this is from M$ regarding your error message
    http://support.microsoft.com/kb/317189 if you can boot to safe mode you can stop pc from rebooting everytime an error pops up control panel/system/advanced near bottom is startup and recovery click setting tab and uncheck auto reboot that will at least let you see error messages hope this helps SNO
