Hi, this is my first posting and i need help BIG time. i have a Acer Aspire one, AOA 150. its only 6 weeks old and has been fine. I was using it the other night and it closed everything down and showed a blue screen, which says, A problem has been detected and windows has been shut down to prevent damage to your computer. The driver is mismanaging system PTEs.

i rebooted and after the acer screen a black one came up, saying , we apologize for the inconvenience, but windows did not start successfully. then it gives me safe mode option etc. no matter which one i highlight i go back to the acer screen and it starts all over again.

i rang acer and the guy there told me to press ALT and F10 when the acer screen pops up, i did this and the screen says, starting Acer E recovery management with a bar with segments on it. then it goes straight back to the blue screen.

i hope i've explained this ok, Acer said i can send it back for repair which looks likely but i thought i would ask first. thank you in anticipation
