    Hi,

I was connecting my 22' Dell external monitor to the AAO VGA output (using the monitor's native resolution 1680 x 1050), but the image looks a little fuzzy. The image is very sharp when connecting the monitor to my desktop, so I believe the monitor's quality is just fine.
Also the image on the netbook's screen (1024 x 600) is very sharp.

I was just wondering if the blurry image is something expected from this netbook when using an increased resolution, or I've got a broken one.

    Regards,
    Petru

    Solved it!
The image doesn't have to be blurry. And my AAO is not broken.

How I solved it: right click on the "Graphics.." taskbar's icon, choose "Graphics Properties...", click on "Monitor" (the extern monitor has to be connected), select "Display Settings", then "Advanced Settings" (under the rotation options), then press "Factory Defaults".
    Voila!

I was starting to think that AAO is not the best choice, but now I know it is. ;)

    Enjoy,

I had the same thing, but when I disconnected the monitor my AAO screen had lines.
So I rebooted, but now my compiz does'nt seems to be working anymore but the settings are still correct.

    Anyone an idea?

    thx

lol you just solved your own problem :D

if you want to avoid any problems always have the latest update BIOS
and the latest drivers for your AA1 :D
    also USE XP :D
