Boot stalls on battery power

    Hi all,

    Just discovered this after updating the Aspire One to Win 7 - it's using a Western Digital HDD, 1.5GB RAM and an MMC card for ReadyBoost.

    I've found that it boots up nice and quick when plugged into the mains, but stalls completely before getting to the "Loading Windows" screen when I power it up on battery.

    This definitely didn't happen on Vista. Has anyone else noticed this behaviour?

    Hmm - I may have just solved my own issue. Removing the SD Readboost card fixed it. Has anyone else noticed Readyboost issues with Win 7? And reliable ways to get it working?
