bought from Curry's - got faulty- will i get replacement

    I bought one from Currys store two weeks back. Today its not starting up. not sure what happened

    Their site says of a 28 day replacement or refund. Will I get it???

    Has any one had any similar experience?

    sorry but not everyone might be familiar with your store/vendor.

    what is their website?

    what does the website policy say?

    Its was the local Currys Digital Store

    Their website is currys.co.uk

    Their policy says refund/replacement if item becomes faulty within 28 days

    I still have not got time to go there. Might go within 2 days and argue with them.

    The green light just comes and goes off after 3 seconds now... Its not even turning on

    Never had any problems with Currys, after the 28 days they reserve the right to return the unit for repair under the manufacturers warranty but if you explain that the unit is important for your business/eduction use you may find that even after the 28 days they will still do an in-store exchange.

    Currys are big enough to stand the cost of replacing units, they will send faulty units back to the manufacturer anyway.

    If you are still within your 28 days just take up their offer.

    went to the curry store and got the laptop replaced immediately. :D :D
